Christine Costa, Owner

I am a seasoned Human Resources professional, Organizational Development consultant and facilitator with almost 25 years of experience in various roles and industries (including financial services, technology, and higher education). I hold an MBA from McMaster University and am passionate about continuous learning.

I enjoy coaching leaders and teams to help them reach their full potential. I facilitate and train professional learners on a variety of topics. I am an instructor with McMaster Continuing Education, part-time faculty member with Conestoga College's Faculty of Business and facilitator with Mohawk College Entreprise. Changemaker

I want to take creative action to solve big problems in the workplace. I want to help shape the future of work and the meaning of leadership. I hope to share ideas that make an impact in people's lives (no matter how big or small).

Facilitator

I plan, guide and manage group conversations and learning to help people meet their goals. Whether it's facilitating a meeting or a session or an event, I love using tools and techniques to help people learn about themselves, solve complex problems and help make difficult decisions.

Connector

I am a relationship-focused person who values social connection. I have a genuine interest in people (and their potential) and love to support and assist others. I like to connect people with each other and to ideas and knowledge.
